Gone are the reprehensible
tin awning, the indefensible front door, and the execrable
windows of the enclosed porch! And for that matter, the dead
hanging plants!
What dramatically emerged was a putative peach of a house -- revealed are the gorgeous front door, and a beautiful window with original wavy glass. Not to mention our contraband ADT home security sign, donated by a neighbor years ago in the belief, however misguided, that the best home security is imaginary home security. At this point the house looks
a little naked and embarrassed, but it's nothing that an entirely
new porch and a good paint job won't (eventually) fix.
